This was my first time making pizza and the pizza dough from scratch and they both turned out great! Better than I hoped for. The pizza was a little too sweet for my taste. I would definitely cut down on the brown sugar if you have a sweet barbecue sauce and also add fresh cilantro on the top couple minutes before it's finished baking because I wasn't able to taste the cilantro at all. I also used mozarella instead of Gouda since I didn't have any at hand. I would definitely make again with a lot less sugar and try adding some other toppings as well. Overall, the pizza was healthy with hardly any oil!

Photography Notes: Baked my pizza on a pizza stone. I haven't tried the pizza pan to know the difference but next time I plan to make it in a pizza pan.
