Italian Herb Bread I

I cut the recipe in half and used a grated parmesan romano mix. PLus I added an extra table spoon of water because I like my bread a touch chewy. I also bake all my breads in a La Cloche. The results was spectacular and the bread was just delicious. This recipe just replaced my main herb and cheese bread recipe.
