Dark Chocolate Cake I

This is the Wedding cake my Mum and I made using the Dark Chocolate Cake 1 Recipe. Its was perfect and everybody raved about it. We used to batches for the bottom tier, 1 for the middle and the top was carrot cake. It was frosted with white chocolate truffle icing.
