this fell into itself and was very thick, my family enjoyed it though
I used my own recipe for the glaze:
1 1/2 tb lemon juice
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tb sugar
3 tb melted butter
1/2 t lemon extract
1- 1 1/2 tb milk
yellow food coloring
it is wonderful with lemon cakes
