Chicken and Peppers with Balsamic Vinegar

This is such a colorful recipe. I actually snapped pictures, too, of the prep. It is a good use of multi colored peppers. Red and yellow peppers are so mild...and not at all bitter, so this was a good, good blend.

Photography Notes: Natural light, albeit from back lighting. Added a border to match the color of the placemat, and overlaid a patter in a transparency of 24% using GIMP photo editor.
