Top left is a completed salad, bottom right is just the lettuce. The other bowls show how I stored this salad all day waiting for the time to eat it. I thought it might be helpful to others to see how you can prep this one ahead (because it DOES take a bit of prep time). The dressing in that vinegar bottle (cruet) is made directly in it and shaken up right inside, saving steps & time. You can get a jar like that at Walmart for about $3.
