Cream of Tomato Soup

For day 1, it was good but nothing extraordinary. Day 2, I added some potatoes and reduced it a bit, and it was very well received. I don't know if it particularly needed them or if we just like more "stuff" going on in our soup than others. I probably won't make it again as I was hoping for a stronger tomato flavor than tomato juice or V8 offers, and there are others on my list to try.
