San Francisco Sourdough Bread

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

I love this recipe. I use a amish friendship starter mix that is sourdough starter. I like heat the milk to 100-110 degree and add the yeast to that. Stir milk/yeast and let set for 5 minutes. Then add melted butter slowly while stirring and add starter mix to that. Afterwards add the dry to the wet. It works great for me and taste better with every batch.
