My little twist to the recipe...
1 ea - (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
1 tbp - olive oil
1 ea - onion: chopped
2 ea - tomatoes: de-seeded, peeled and sliced
2 tbp - parmesean seasoned bread crumbs
8 tsp - fresh basil: chopped
3 ea - eggs: beaten
1/2 cp - heavy cream
3/4 cp - bacon: crumbled
Salt, pepper & galic powder to taste
2 cp - shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
