Bull's Eye cream cheese salsa dip
I used my own ideas to form a Bull's Eye dip, instead of a spider's web dip for Halloween! This nacho dip can be made anytime you want to party for Mexican heritage! I made mine for The week after Thanksgiving, after we had had our fair share of too much plain old turkey!
