Cream Cheese Penguins

SOME VARIATIONS IN THEIR ATTIRE. I HAVE ALSO USED CILANTRO TO MAKE TIES,CAPERS FOR BUTTONS. THIS CHRISTMAS I WILL BE DECORATING THEM WITH RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPER. AND MAYBE USE GREEN OLIVES FOR A CHANGE. WATER CHESTNUTS AND PEARL ONIONS MAKE GREAT HATES.
