Dolmades
I made a double batch of dolmades this weekend. My family can gobble up a batch in one day. I follow a family friend's recipe. It is not so much a recipe. She showed me how to make them many years ago and I don't use precise measurements. I have been making these for about 20 year and have been eating them since I was a kid. They are a favorite.
