Pineapple Upside Down cake - reduced sugar

I wanted to make a fun and easy dessert that was lower in sugar. I used 1/2 box of a reduced sugar cake mix, Brown sugar Slenda, pineapple in it's own juice and sliced almonds and baked in a 9" cake pan. We couldn't tell the difference from the regular version. Making only half a cake keeps us from overeating.
