This is a close-up of the breadsticks I made with Jay's Signatue Pizza Crust. I used a little more than 1/2 the dough for the pizza and pressed the remaining dough into a cake pan, brushed it with melted butter, topped it with grated parmesan, a few italian herbs, garlic powder and a little sea salt then baked it with the pizza.
