My Breakfast Brulee

I have been craving Creme Brulee but trying to resist temptation. I got the notion to use some plain old vanilla yogurt. I smoothed out the top, sprinkled on a good layer of turbinado, then torched it. I added another layer of sugar because I like it like that. Then popped into the freezer for a few to chill. I topped with a few toasted almond slices. Can't wait to get some fresh berries for this. Delish!!!
