How can I save the life of more celery stalks? This may be obvious for most of you on this site, but it's one of those things I hadn't learned until today. If your recipe calls for 2 stalks chopped and you don't want to pay $20.00 for those two stalks because you know you can buy a whole bunch for $.99...what do you do with the rest of the stalks?
