Since this recipe called for 4 cups of fruit, I went ahead and used the recipe inside the no sugar fruit pectin from ball (1 cup apple juice, 1 cup splenda, etc). Turned out great. I would puree more of the oranges next time; I only did half based on other reviewers. Personal preference though.
