Sugar free ice cream pie
1 pkg Murray’s Sugar free chocolate sandwich cookies
1 Half gallon sugar free Dreyer’s Cookies & Cream (or your favorite flavor) ice cream
1 tub (8 oz) Sugar free Cool Whip topping, thawed
Nuts, Hershey’s sugar free chocolate chips for decoration (optional)
Assemble:
Use a glass or ceramic 9” pie plate.
Reserve 4 cookies (split in half) for decorating. Crush the rest of the bag of cookies and sprinkle the crumbs onto the bottom of the pie plate.
Spread ice cream evenly over crumbs in pan; top with Cool Whip and your choice of decorations.
Freeze 3 hours.
