Very good, my boys loved the muffins. I added about 1/4 melted butter to the liquid portion because of some of the reviews I read stating the muffins were a little dry. I also added approximately 2 tsp. of lt. brown sugar to the dry mix. I omitted the topping. Came out very good ~ next time I might lessen the amount of baking powder just to see how it comes out. But they did come out great with the amount in the recipe.
