Saucy Chicken Cordon Bleu

This was a hearty and tasty dish. I suggest that you saute the mushrooms first with some sliced onions. Some of the liquid from the mushrooms will thin the sauce out. To keep the chicken crunchy, do not cover them with the sauce while baking, as seen in my photo.
