One thing I did change was the sake. I didn't have sake, but used dry cooking white wine. Came out great! If you can't find sake, this is a great substitute.

Photography Notes: I took it with my BB camera, and forwarded to my email. Saved it to my drive on the pc, and then loaded it from there!
