These are all that is left of all the jars of salsa I canned last year. My tomatoes had better get ripening! :) The pint of salsa between the salsa verde is the tomato paste salsa recipe. I use that recipe for the last of the odds and ends of tomato varieties when gardening season is just about done. It is great when there are too many slicing tomatoes left on the vine to just use for sanwiches and salads!
