This is a modification of the original recipe. We like our muffins on the sweet side, so this recipe was made with 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4c. regular splenda, and a pint of blueberries! I preheated the oven to 425, and once the muffins entered the oven, I lowered it to 400 degrees.
