Giant Mutant Zucchini
I am "Iron Chef'ing" tonight with these two 2 pound zucchini. On the menu so far is Roast Zucchini and Garden Vegetables, Greek Inspired Zucchini Turkey Loaf, and Zucchini Banana Chocolate Nut Ice Cream. Wish me luck!
