Cold Start Fries
Found this method on AR. Not the worst fries but not the best either, certainly easy enough. Crisp on immediate removal from oil but by the time I got burgers plated the fries had lost the crisp. They didn't fall over or anything just no crunch to them. I did a thicker cut so total cooking time was about 35 minutes.
