Sarmale prior to cooking in tomato juice

Sarmale (Stuffed Cabbage or Vine Leaves)

This was my first attempt at stuffing cabbage, with a little help - the cabbage leaves are quite strong, and the key is to pull them very tightly over the meat mixture. Fold over one end first, roll tightly, then jam your finger into the tops to seal them. When done correctly you can throw them in the air and they won't fall apart.
