Bacon fried rice noodles
Fried rice noodles is a popular dish in most countries in South East Asia. In Malaysia, it's known as Fried Kway Teow or Char Kway Teow. There are a few variations but I like using fried bacon strips to cook this noodles as it's crispy and tasty and the oil gives a distinctive taste to the noodles instead of using the conventional fried lard.
