Made sure to read LOTS of posts before starting,very helpful. Followed recipe exactly except for halving the sugar amount, as recommended by many posts. I also added a light melted butter glaze when 1st out of oven. Can't wait to try variations on this bread, as well as keeping it as our white bread staple!

Photography Notes: Took this with my cell phone, which explains poor quality! Sent it to my gf in NH who's an excellent baker & I was very proud of my first 'real' bread!
