I doubled the recipe and divided the dough into three balls after it was done rising. I put two in the freezer in freezer bags for later and baked this one! I added two tablespoons of yeast (instead of 1 TBLS. and 1 1/2 tsp.), and added about a tablespoon of brown sugar instead of the just one teaspoon. I also added some of my special Italian seasoning to the dough as I was kneading it. This was soo yummy!
