My AR Quilt Block
This block represents me and the "fitness foodies" on the threads I began, with LB's help, last fall. The animal print represents our 1st virtual run, the African Safari. The rest is symbolic of the 2 countries visited on our Great North American Tour (GNAT for short)which is currently underway: navy blue background and stars for America and the maple leaf for Canada.
