Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

I reduced the sugar just a bit and used self-rising flour and omitted the baking soda since I was out of all-purpose flour. I also used canned pumpkin, dried cranberries and about 1/3 cup of walnuts (a good pantry cleaner recipe!). They really came out more like scones, which was a pleasant surprise. Have eaten them for breakfast and as an evening snack, topped with honey and served with tea.
