Simply loved this recipe! I read a review that suggested applesauce instead of oil and loved it! I also added the 1 tsp. of vanilla and thought it was a wonderful addition! Instead of using the traditional muffin cups I cut 5in. x 5in. sheets of wax paper and folded them in on the sides...made it more fun and artsy :) Pulled them right out of the oven when it started raining making the warmth and aroma of them much more enjoyable! Thank you for this fabulous recipe!
