Bizz Class Presentation pot luck
Two slabs of BBQ Spare Ribs,grilled veggies... sweet bell pepper, zucchini, tomato wedges w/ olive oil, kosher salt, pepper and garlic salt. Butter soaked onion bloom w/ montreal seasoning and smoked paprika then roasted in foil over hot coals.
Presented for my graduation presentation for my business classes in catering.
