I used the exact recipe for the bread, just altered the topping- I like much more sugar to cinnamon ratio! Half the recipe, make sure you get that dough THIN, and you get ~12 good sized ears for a smaller family! I use the light test- if you can see the light through it pretty well, your good to go, it will bubble and be delicious! Just watch the cooking time as it will vary depending on the thickness! YUM!
