Vegan pizza: half topped with a sambal base, fresh spinach, bell pepper, pan-seared yam, and extra firm tofu crumbles squashed with a bit of miso and tahini.
The other half was topped with fresh sliced strawberries, banana, chopped brazil nuts, and a drizzle of agave nectar.
