I had some 2 leftover chicken breasts, so I marinated the chicken (sliced) with salt, pepper, and cooking wine. In a separate bowl, I mixed together bread crumbs, garlic salt, garlic and oregano (also good with garlic & herb seasoning and grated parmesan cheese). Tossed chicken in the mixture and cooked in a pan with a little oil (or butter) until done. I then added it to the pasta and tomato mixture in step #5. Thanks for the beautiful and delicious recipe!
