First attempt at lahmahjoon

Armenian Pizzas (Lahmahjoon)

This was my first try and I used a homemade pizza crust. I don't recommend this, as by the time the crust was done, the topping had dried out too much. I used the topping the next day and day after on a thin pitta bread, baked in the oven for less than half the time, and the results were much better!
