This is one of my favourite things to eat... so healthy and so tasty!! Since I live alone (and have a hard time finding whole wheat pizza crusts), I used a whole wheat pita instead of the pizza crust... it's a healthier alternative and is perfect for single meals. I love this recipe and always make sure to add a bit more goat cheese.. :)
