The dough for this rugelach is tricky yet delicious. I omitted the apricot and opted for the raspberry-walnut filling for half the dough and then used mini chocolate chips for the other half. The previous suggestion to roll the dough between two sheets of waxed paper worked very well, however the first sheet I baked on the greased foil was very difficult to lift off so the other three sheets I used parchment paper and they lifted right off.
