I didn't have cous cous available so I used BulgarWheat instead. It works just as good as cous cous in any cous cous recipe. Also, I added tenderstem broccoli and baby corn to the recipe as I always try to get these vegetables in every meal I prepare.
I didn't have green onions to hand either so, I used a finely diced small mild white onion and put it in the skillet along with the chicken. It was so good!
