This is the best substitute for cornbread that I can think of! Three out of four of my family members loved it and the fourth said he doesn't like cornbread but this was better than any other kind I had ever made. With that being my picky eater, it was a compliment. We WILL be making this again. It's easy and the prep time is almost nil!
