Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Loved this recipe! Used to ice and fill the cake... but not to make flowers since it didn't hold up as well.

Photography Notes: Sorry for the yellow tint. I bake late at night since my husband works late... flash gives a nasty glare, and natural light gives a yellow hue... can't win ;-)
