Brown Paper bag that is. |My mother's recipe. Smooth a mixture of garlic, seasonings & butter thickly all over the top and sides and secure with cheesecloth. Put in paper bag (stapled shut) at 250, the night before and let it cook until morning. Comes out juicy and perfect, every time.
