Zucchini Bread III

What a great recipe! I made it even healthier by substituting applesauce for the oil. I also used only whole wheat flour, just 1 cup of brown sugar, and added 1/4 cup of flax seeds. It tastes even better when served 8 to 10 hours after it is baked.
