For the sauce: I always use Ketchup instead of Tomato paste and apple cider vinegar instead of white. I sometimes mix brown and white sugar and sometimes use pineapple chunks or rings, whatever I have!

Photography Notes: The chicken is just chicken nuggets! The kids love it! Easy , easy meal. Normally I serve it over rice, this picture was from the plate without rice.
