This photo includes three recipes from this site. The first is the Rolled Fondant recipe. The bottom layer of cake is the Hummingbird Cake III recipe in which I used fresh pineapple, and fresh coconut instead of pecans. Last was the second layer of cake which was the Strawberry Cake II recipe. This was only my second attempt at making and using fondant. I would suggest this recipe to anyone. I did try it substituting the glycerine and glucose the first time and it didn't come out nearly as good. I found all the supplies I needed at Michael's craft store.
