recipe variations: 7 oz green chiles, 2 oz jalapeno, 2 stalks celery, 2 cups monterey jack cheese, puree one can of beans, only a cup or so of chicken broth, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, and i didn't have fresh garlic but used 1 teaspoon garlic powder. very yummy!
