In this photo pine nuts were omitted from the recipe and julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil were substituted for dehydrated tomatoes (omits the need to cut and soak tomatoes and provides better texture and flavor). Additional tablespoon of olive oil was added as the final step to prevent overly dry pasta. Tastes great!
