I did not change any part of the recipe but after i mixed all the ingredients together it was more like cake batter. Whe the recipe says to turn onto floured surface and deflate it was to soft to work it that way so i left it in the bowl deflated with my hands .When it was time to pour the batter in the pans i used a big spoon and divided the batter in equal sections ,that made it alot better to work with . End result you can see for yourself . It was delicious and i got three round panns of bread.
