Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

This was good. Smelled wonderful while baking, too. Everyone here liked the flavor... but all agreed it would be better if used as a filling -or- topped with 'taco" toppings (ie:lettuce, tomato, etc.) We decided this time to just 'scoop' it up with crispy tortillas. I would not make from scratch again, but, will make again, when we have leftover chicken and rice.
